Curry puts on shooting clinic to claim Kobe Bryant Trophy as MVP
In a thrilling 2023 NBA All-Star Game, Team LeBron emerged victorious over Team Durant with a 163-160 victory. The game was highlighted by an incredible performance from Golden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry, who was named the Kobe Bryant All-Star MVP.
Curry put on a shooting clinic throughout the game, hitting 16 3-pointers and scoring a total of 50 points. He was particularly effective in the third quarter, when he hit five of his nine attempts from beyond the arc to help Team LeBron take control of the game.
In addition to Curry's performance, Team LeBron was also led by Giannis Antetokounmpo, who had 30 points and 12 rebounds, and Joel Embiid, who added 26 points and 10 rebounds. Team Durant was led by Jayson Tatum, who had 27 points, and Kyrie Irving, who had 24 points.
The game was played in front of a sellout crowd at the Vivint Arena in Salt Lake City, Utah. It was the first All-Star Game to be held in Utah since 1993.
